We get this question a lot! Generally speaking, you can count on your 8 ounce candle to burn between 40-50 hours and your 5 ounce candle to burn between 25-30 hours. Soy, overall, burns longer than other waxes.

Yes! We recommend trimming the wick to about ¼ inch each time you light the candle. This ensures the best scent throw and proper melting.

Don’t worry! We rotate our candles frequently based on the season as well as sales patterns. But if we have a popular scent, it will most likely come back! And if there’s a specific one you’re looking for always feel free to send us a message and inquire!

Soy candles do occasionally settle differently than other waxes, and because we use glass, sometimes these are apparent. If you see frosting along the glass, spots that look “disconnected” to the glass, or slight dips or cracks in the wax, these are normal. They do not impact the burn time, scent, or throw of your candle in any way. We try to keep these to a minimum as much as we can, but sometimes wax has a mind of its own, particularly when hand pouring.
